THE MAP - NI Compact DAQ System

CompactDAQ is a portable, flexible data acquisition platform consisting of a CompactDAQ Chassis and C Series 

Input and Output (I/O) modules. 

It combines signal connectors, integrated signal conditioning, and converters in a single package to deliver higher accuracy measurements by eliminating error-prone cabling and connectors 

and reducing the number of components in a measurement system.

These chassis are Compact DAQ ethernet chassis 

designed to minimal, remote or dispersion sensor mesurement system.

These chasis controll timing between 
C series I/O module and external host, 

synchronization and data transmission.

 4 or 16 thermocouple channels,1 internal autozero channel, 

1 internal cold-junction compensation channel.

Temperature measurement ranges 

- Works over temperature ranges defined by 

NIST (J, K, T, E, N, B, R, S thermocouple types) 

- NI 9211 -

4TC ±80 mV, 24 Bit, 14 S/s Aggregate

There are removal screw terminal connector 

that can connect with 4 thermocouple channels

Thermocouple input signal can be connected NI 9211.

Connect anodic conducting wire of Thermocouple connector 
to TC+ terminal and connect cathode conducting wire to TC- terminal

 

- NI 9213 -

16TC, ±78mV, 24 Bit, 75 S/s Aggregate

NI-9213 is thermocouple input module designed to connect to system that use more channels

By use this module, you can add thermocouple modules 

to compound signal test system

without no use too many thermocouple modules 

- NI 9977 Series (Filler Module) -

NI-9977 Series filler module can fill

slot of chassis that empty or not operate
